To joyfully capture our time and experiences in food, DaMusiq Co., Ltd. has devoted much effort and care. GWAJA-APPA can be seen as a small fruit born midway through that long journey. In life, there are many things we cannot choose—our parents, siblings, gender, height, nationality, race, and perhaps even religion. But if we think carefully, snacks were much the same. The treats we enjoyed as children were not chosen by us; they were the crumbs graciously given by fathers, mothers, uncles, older brothers, or sisters, quietly embedding small moments of joy deep into our unconscious.
